Dear Valued Partners and Clients,
In 2014, Josh Lown and Jeremy Frost founded LOWN Homes with a commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and quality. Over the past 12 years, the company has earned a strong reputation as a trusted builder of custom homes and renovations throughout West Michigan.
As the company has grown and evolved, so have the demands of leadership and ownership. After thoughtful consideration, Josh Lown has decided to transition away from ownership in order to create more flexibility in his life.
Because Josh's name has been part of the company identity since the beginning. This transition also marks the start of a new chapter for the business. Over the next 30 days, LOWN Homes will officially transition to a new name: AXIAL Builders.
Jeremy Frost, Tyler Vanderhoff, and Bill Payne will continue as owners of AXIAL Builders, with Tyler taking on an expanded role in the company's day-to-day leadership and operations.
Built on the strong foundation established over the past 12 years, AXIAL Builders is well-positioned for continued growth in the years ahead. While the name is changing, our commitment to professionalism, craftsmanship, and quality remains exactly the same.
Moving forward, we are focused on building a culture of skilled craftsmen who take pride in excellence, accountability, and attention to detail in every project. We are continuing to invest in both people and technology as we work to establish AXIAL Builders as one of West Michigan's premier building companies.
We also remain committed to strengthening the relationships we have built with the subcontractors, trade partners, and clients who have played such an important role in our success over the years.
Most importantly, we want to recognize and celebrate Josh for the tremendous impact he has had on LOWN Homes. His leadership, craftsmanship, and dedication helped build the company into what it is today, and we are grateful for the foundation he leaves
